Maureen, a graduate of Ontario College of Art, grew up in the west end of Toronto. She travelled in Canada, Europe and Africa; taught at OCA, Toronto School of Art and Peel Board  of Education.

She eventually found her heart's home in Eastern Ontario where her gardening continues to feed her creativity.
